Ms. Ivy related to my situation and suggested products for me to purchase. She did not upsale either. She was very patient to assist. I appreciate the great customer service that was provided. Love the new bags and absolutely awesome customer service. No bad attitudes here (as though you're being done a favor)! Just friendly, helpful and courteous helpers that make you feel like family! We even chatted about their first Easter after opening in Feb 1983 when it was the only place I found items for my toddlers hair. Oh and did I say great selection!!!

Excellent supply of inventory. Ebony is very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful all the time. Packaging is done perfectly, and goods are shipped quickly. It has been a pleasure doing business with this beauty supply store.
