I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience for others considering this salon. Unfortunately, if you’re a new customer, you’re often assigned to whichever technician is available—regardless of their experience level. Regular clients who get acrylics seem to be paired with the more skilled nail techs, which you can see reflected in the photos the salon displays. I hadn’t been here in a few years, and when I returned recently for an acrylic fill, I was treated as a “new” customer and assigned to a technician named Winnie. It was immediately clear she had little to no experience with acrylics. Update: Kim is still the absolute best! She is the only person I trust to do my nails, and she puts so much care into shaping and filing to make sure everything is even and perfect. I've been going to her for months now and my nails look incredible every time. I can't recommend booking with Kim enough! Kim made my nails look absolutely amazing, they're literally the nicest they've ever looked! She took such good care of my nails and made sure I liked everything throughout the entire process. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve had my nails done 3 times by Kim! She does amazing work. I wanted to give this place multiple tries before making a review but this is literally the only place I will go! Kim is always so friendly and happy to see me. We have great convos and fun while doing my nails. Tbh everyone in there is very welcoming! It’s super clean and well decorated inside. Next up is a pedicure! I can’t say enough good about this place. I’ve gone to MANY places through the years and this place is just top notch! Go pamper yourself you won’t be disappointed!

I'd gotten a couple gel pedicures here and had a good experience, after the one I got yesterday I won't be coming back again. I don't get pedicures often, so I tend to go with one of the pricier options for more pampering. I asked for the $85 one and it had listed an "extended lotion massage" as well as hot stone treatment. I started with one guy and quickly was passed over to a young woman. She was fabulous, and I have no complaints about her. However, later on when she told me the service was over, I was a bit confused because it didn't seem like I got the extended massage. The tech apologized and told me the pedicure timer had gone off and the pedicure was over. I asked if I could receive a bit more of a massage, since that is what I was paying for, and she agreed.
