Newspaper charges my credit card and then promptly blocks my online access. I became very frustrated when told paper has " no refund policy even when they have not delivered promised content. Some folks would call this theft by deception. Customer service is highly unprofessional and at least one individual had a heavy eastern European accent and was very difficult to understand adding to my frustration

As "snow birds" we just love the quality and presentation of your newspaper. It is a joy to receive it early each morning and to read all about what is going on around us. Keep up the good work!

This newspaper is "classic small town gossip" They lied about my daughters death just to make the story more sensational. This newspaper stoops down low enough to look at peoples facebook accounts for a good story.

Nice people. Were so nice as to find a page I needed from a week ago in their paper

They are very pleasant and helpful. They produce a very good local newspaper.
