I bought pants from this store 3 days ago. I took them out the bag this morning and I couldn’t fit them. I went to exchange them after work since I told them I didn’t need a receipt. The man at the front looked at the merchandise while I went to pick my new pair for the same price. When I got back to the register, he said he wasn’t doing the accept the pants because there was a mark on the inside (that I didn’t put there, it looked like a pink marker tip), and then he said “you people come in here and always do this”. I told them I was leaving with my exchange because the pants hadn’t been worn and a lady came out the back to tell me to calm down and ask him again. Sue is the SWEETEST woman you could ever meet🥰 If you can’t find what you’re looking for, she will do her best to get the item!
