We recently moved to 30 Tower Lane. The build out and move went very smoothly. Ed and his staff were so accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. The responsiveness of Ed and his team both during the process and after the move in has been superior. The office building is highly professional in appearance and well maintained. We are all so happy to be at our new location.

Ed and his property maintenance team have been wonderful to work with from start to finish of the leasing and build-out process! As is the case with all of his properties, Ed cares about updating and maintaining the physical spaces as well as ensuring that business owners are attended to. His management team is responsive, attentive, and considerate. We have truly enjoyed our new space and working with ENE!

We've been a tenant at 20 Tower Lane for just over a year now, and can't say enough good things! We started as in the Office Green Suites which gave us a small one room office that we rented on a month to month basis. Once we grew, we moved to an upper floor into a permanent office. The landlord, Ed, was so helpful and accommodating during our move. From painting the office, replacing baseboard, and even helping move furniture in - Ed and his team went above and beyond. The property, buildings, and offices are all extremely well maintained - we get compliments whenever a client visits!
