Encore Tanning

I've been using Encore for over 10 years and been very satisfied with the equipment and the service. Of late, the workers have been unskilled, and now, 3 x I've gone to do the session I've done for years (cocktail) and the same employee still can't figure it out (and over a month ago was the first I went in--she always has to call the owner for help) Today, again, she could not do it. I was left standing naked in the back room shouting. Cold. The owner knows his stuff and is very nice. I'm concerned about the service. I hope all it takes is some eductation or staffing changes. If the staffing issues change, then I HIGHLY recommend Encore Tanning!!! If I had a way to discuss with with the very kind owner I would have, but the employee informed me I was unable to talk with him. So I had to

i absolutely LOVE this place. the beds are amazing + everything is very clean. they offer many different services + their prices are good. but the BEST part of my experience in the past few months has been the service. the secretary (kayla) is the sweetest, most helpful person i've ever encountered in a tanning salon. she has went above + beyond to help me and she is always very kind. i've had bad experiences in the past with businesses like this but she has made my whole entire experience amazing + i will continue to use Encore. i would HIGHLY recommend.(:

Drove over on a Sunday around 1pm from Wellsboro to get a gift certificate for someone. Their answering machine and online says they are open till 4pm Saturday and Sunday but the sign in the window says there closed. I hope their tanning bed’s run better than their sales and advertising department.

Went in for the first time for a spray tan on Friday the young lady up front was so welcoming helpful and very understanding walked me through everything ! Definitely will go back!!

Nice place to tan, but dont leave your card numbers with them..and read the fine print..because your "3" month auto pay membership, turns into 4 if you dont cancel your "3" month membership...and they refuse to credit your bank account back, even after they over draft it..
