First time here and definitely coming back! Bella and her husband, the owners, were so friendly and personable! My daughter and I came in for a mani and pedi and they did a great job. They took their time to massage and were very professional. 20% off for their first month open (till the end of January)! Go check them out!

Ti and Bella are an amazing husband and wife team that brought their family business to Melbourne. “Encore” is conveniently located, clean, calming, and new! This is my second appointment and I will continue to come back. Ti, Bella, Nini, and other staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I feel immediately comfortable here. I had a Gel-x manicure done and I am ecstatic with the results. I recommend this salon to any Melbourne local looking for a relaxing experience and a manicure that will look great and LAST!

The salon is very clean and they are very welcoming there. The actual service was less than good. My pedicure was very sloppy, but the guy was extremely nice. My gel manicure was chipping the next day and peeling 2 days later. It felt rushed and she used a rose scented lotion that smelled awful. They used a much better lavender one for my pedicure so I’m not sure if you can choose a different scent for a manicure but that option was not presented to me. I’d highly recommend avoiding the rose lotion. I see a bunch of good reviews so maybe I had a one-off experience.

Tried this Nail Spa today, They were very welcoming and even stayed open a bit late for me! They were not rushing and very respectful and kind!! Definitely will be back had a great experience ☺️ Also has 20% off until the end of Jan
