First time going to this salon. Appointment was with Monica for a spiral perm. She was very pleasant. She also did a quick few minute trim of my ends after perm. Unfortunately I ended up with a wave perm that I am not happy with. The perm was $75. I went back to salon, to show them it wasn’t a spiral perm. She is refunding $50, and said the “haircut” was $25. The rolling of my hair was not done the correct way. My mom is a retired beautician, and says it wasn’t rolled right either. I recommend that the stylist attend a class on the proper way to roll a spiral perm curl.

I have been going to Monica for 9.5yrs she always been amazing and patient. She started doing my daughter hair when she was 2yrs old always so patient and does such excellent job with her. Even gives her candy afterwards. She's always happy high spirited amazing person.

I was not impressed. Showed Monica a picture of a 3 inch Mohawk for both my 2 year old and 4 year old. I had promised my 4 year old a Mohawk for an entire month. She cut it to 1 inch at most (it will barely spike) and wasn't even going to style it for him, he had to ask. My 2 year old who got his first haircut has little puffs of hair all over that wasn't trimmed and again, she cut it waaaayyy shorter than the picture and put no love or detail into it. He was happily enjoying a sucker holding still at the end, so there's really no excuse for that. She didn't even give it a once over or style it as a Mohawk. It's literally a buzz cut. We won't be returning.

Absolutely amazing! Connie did a fantastic job with my hair and I am super satisfied with the service I received. Outstanding! They were able to accommodate my last minute requests and did not disappoint. Will definitely be going back!

The stylist that cuts my hair is amazing. She's super friendly, and does a great job cutting my hair. Would give 6 stars for her if I could.
