Kayla cut my daughter's VERY curly hair and did a fantastic job of cutting and explaining how to take care of it. She's an absolute doll! She gave my daughter a nice shape and talked to her like an adult, which my tween appreciated. I'm getting my hair done next week and I'm looking forward to it. The salon is cozy and comfortable and everyone was friendly.

Julie was amazing!! She gave me a dry cut and I have very curly unruly hair. It is bouncy, curly, and healthy now. Would recommend Julie in a heartbeat to anyone looking for someone to cut their curly hair!

The environment and people were very welcoming. My daughter went to Rachel for a Deva cut and was extremely happy with the service and attention she received not to mention the amazing cut Rachel gave her. Rachel is definitely an expert at her craft.

How does this place have five stars?? The experience starts with service. I called the salon, and asked for a new client appointment the following day if possible. The person who answered the phone said that there were no appointments for the following day because several stylists had called in and started to hang up. I asked for her to wait a moment and suggested another day. She said well I don't work on that day, let me ask if anyone else does. After awhile she came back and said maybe this other person can help you, but he isn't here to ask. Then she told me to hang up with her and call this other person, as she gave me the number, she told me how difficult it was for her to make out the information. Was the number written on a napkin? I am always pleased with the style and cut that Dennis magically creates. He makes me feel special for the hour I am at Encore. He is always friendly and a pleasure to discuss how doing life happens. Thanks again Dennis!
