*review amended, thank you Monica & Rose, for making things right. This time I had excellent service with a professional and friendly nail technician. My nails are fixed and looking much better!! My first real negative experience at Enchanted. Made an appointment ahead of time, requested a specific nail technician . After she wrapped my nails in foil, she took off for 20 minutes to give another customer a pedicure. She finally came back and did a good job with my chrome manicure. (no extensions or acrylic fake nails added. No nail repairs done either. ) The nails in the pic are just my natural nails. However, when I went to pay my bill, I was charged $50!!! I was shocked. Nails and review from July 2023! (Review posted July 2024, but nails were done July 2023 for wedding on July 23, 2023 - nails done by Nancy!) I went to Enchanted for the first time to get my nails done for my wedding. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t entirely know what I wanted and wanted to make sure they looked good for my wedding. I was so lucky to get Nancy to do my nails this day! She did an amazing job, checked in with me throughout and made sure I loved them to be perfect for my special day! She really took her time and made sure I was satisfied! I loved them so much and they were such good quality. I have been going back to Enchanted ever since to keep getting them done!

UPDATED Apr2024: Nancy outdid herself again, throughout each step of the process she stops to make sure I am happy or want to change anything. I’m always satisfied leaving her chair and love her passion for her work. I’ve been to so many places in the area and always find myself coming back here because it’s the best. Nancy is absolutely amazing! Great personality and so diligent in doing my full gel set and pedicure. Throughout she kept asking me if I was good, if anything hurt and if I liked it. She made sure my experience was relaxing and I was satisfied. Very happy with my nails and pedicure and look forward to coming back as always.

My daughter went here yesterday as part of her friend's birthday celebration and asked for an ombre dip manicure. She described the exact look, length, color, and shape she wanted and provided two reference pictures. The result was terrible. The tech did not file her nails at all before applying color. The overall result looked like it was already two weeks grown out. The surface of each finished nail was lumpy, the color did not extend all the way to the edges and was filled with air bubbles. We are at her regular place today having this fixed. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place. Will not return. Monica - she had an appointment with her friend at around 3:30pm. The technician was at a station on the right, in the 3rd chair.

Nails look good! The tech failed to mention the cost for tips is the same whether you do 1 or 10 nails. I would have gotten tips on all 10 had I known that. Just felt a bit misleading. Pedicure was great, too and I look forward to coming back.
