Enchanted Lash & Brow

Would NOT recommend coming here. I have very naturally long healthy lashes that I have worked on for a long time to get them to where they are. I have a wedding this weekend and the a photoshoot in Mexico this next week coming up. I wanted to get a lash lift/tint. I have got them in the past and my lashes were not curled during it at least not to this extent and never damaged. I went in yesterday to this appointment with healthy lashes and left with lashes that are overprocessed, breaking off, curled back SO far that they are touching my eyelid. Pretty much she folded my lashes backwards in half. They are now extremely unhealthy and look extremely short and soon will be since they are so damaged and breaking off. She does not care. Do not come here! I have no idea how they have 5 stars. I have bald spots and clumps falling out and she did them 6 hours ago. I told Iris I wanted a natural looking lash and showed her a video of the shape I liked and told her I don’t know what to ask for but this is what I want. She said oh okay you want volume and I told her no I want a natural looking lash. It took 3 hours for her to do my lashes and I cried when she showed me. They were all clumped together and looked awful. They were so thick. She told me I still had to pay for them but they would remove for free after. This was for my wedding and I didn’t have time for removal. It looks like she attached multiple hairs to one clump of lashes or used too much glue. I could have done these better and wished I would have. I cannot beli

I absolutely love Enchanted Lash and Brow! Iris is an awesome lash technician. I have been going to her for over 10 months and I have had a great experience each time. My lashes are always beautiful and last long compared to other places I have gone in the past. 10 out of 10 for me! Iris did an amazing job on my hybrid wispy lashes! They came out beautiful, exactly the style I wanted, and the retention has been great — which is super important to me. She’s gentle, detailed, and really knows what she’s doing. I’m so happy with how long they last and how natural yet full they look. Highly recommend Iris if you want quality lashes that stay!
