Emy's Nail Spa - Nail Salon in Richmond Hill GA

I have been going to several of the salons around the area and have never find one quite like Emy’s! Emy and her staff take the time to really make you feel comfortable and valued unlike other places around that make you feel so rushed and no listened to. whether it’s a quick eyebrow trip, or a full set of nails… The customer service is great and I enjoy my experience every time! Emy and her staff go above and beyond, Thank you guys for what you do and making me feel good every time I walk out the door!

I visited Emy's about a year ago, it was good. I was recently back in the area & I am happy with my design outcome & the young lady who did my nails & pedi was sure it came out so lovely.

I have been to Emy's several times now. I can usually walk in and be seen right away which I love. I usually come in with a theme I want for my nails and everyone does a great job. This visit Trinity did a cute spooky theme and knocked it out of the park. I got a full set with nail art and a pedicure. Everyone took their time and made me feel like what I wanted mattered.

I patronized this nail salon for roughly four months. When the owner did my nails, the shape requested was provided. However, the acrylic was always too thin. This caused cracks, on occasion one break, and an infection. Emy would not remove the acrylic when she saw a crack during a fill-in. I would specifically request the removal to prevent a break or infection. She only applied more acrylic over it without drilling into the crack. Personality wise, she is polite and I liked the friendliness-which is why I returned to the shop. But other technicians were either absent or unavailable. I didn't have a problem when Ivy did my nails. If Jessica did them, the shape wasn't what I asked for or consistent.
