EMPY NAILS

I’ve been consistently getting my nails done at Empy nails for the past half a year I would say now and I can say I am going to keep getting nails done here. I like how they do gel x since as I prefer a thinner base. They all do a super amazing and beautiful job with extreme detailed and clean designs that leaves me satisfied with every visit!!!! The staffs are all very welcoming, warm and sweet. They make sure you’re satisfied with the design you are asking for and leaves me staring at my nails everyday until my next monthly visit. Absolutely breath taking works!!!

2nd time in. Today I saw Jada for a regular pedi/mani. Definitely would see her again. She shaped my grown out natural nails into almond shape perfectly. Very clean establishment and the young guy who works up front with glasses is very kind both times I've been in. So glad I found my new nail salon!

Empy nails is my go to spot in Rochester!!! They are almost always available for a walk in. I’ve worked with so many different nail artists and love them all equally!!

Updated review: I experience some peeling post-manicure, but it was remedied soon after and the owners were very accommodating in making it right and redoing the manicure themselves. I really respect the care and professionalism of this matter & will find myself returning and giving it another go. ——————————— I left really hopeful. They were able to fit me in and service was fast. My tech wasn’t friendly, but honestly that’s secondary to if I like the work or not. At first I was happy because the polish was very close to my cuticle and it looked fresh, but within two days, it started peeling upwards. Positive note, the woman cashing me out was friendly and gave me some good future nail advice. The pretty picture was the day of😍

I went for the first time yesterday because on the website it said mani/pedi was $45. Like others have mentioned, when I sat down they asked me to pick out the pedicure I wanted and the cheapest one was $50. Then they charge $20 for gel, which is higher than any other nail salon I've been to. For my manicure, it seemed super rushed. There was no lotion or cuticle oil used, which I am used to when getting manicures. You can see in the photo my cuticles. I picked regular polish. It got messed up ans they were accommodating to get me back in the fix it. The issue is, when she redid the nails, she didnt even bother to put a basecoat and again it felt very rushed. They did a good job on my feet, but the pricing is a little sketchy - and they can say it is posted on the wall- however, why aren't
