The owner was extremely rude, and what occurred was not only unprofessional but illegal. I have a service dog and proper documentation, yet I was denied entry and forced to communicate through a glass door regarding an appointment I had already booked and paid for with my own money. Her behavior was very disrespectful, and to make matters worse, she arrived late. I was on time for my appointment, yet she was not present when I arrived. Her tone, attitude, and overall presentation were unacceptable. This was horrible customer service from start to finish. I would never recommend this business, nor will I return.

empress is amazing her hands are blessed as i told her great service my hair wasn’t done for 5 months and was looking crazy with the amount of new growth in i came in with more work than what she had the knowledge of and still worked with me without a problem even offered me food if anyone is even having any thought of where to go to get there hair done there’s no other place but here to be !!

Excellent service every time . Would highly recommend anyone looking for a stylist for dreads / braids. Empress is the best to do it in the Allentown area hands down.Ive been a regular of hers for 5+ years now and I only get my dreads re twisted by her and no one else because my hair comes out flawless every single time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Empress is the best !!!!
