I give this pl a 5 star even though only 3 out of 5 was available. It's my third time and Abdul is amazing! He is very patient on helping me find my hair products as well as discounts and the prices here are very reasonable and it's a very clean store and no crowdedness with products and boxes on the floors where you can't walk around thank you and Prince Beauty I'll see you guys next time

I had a great experience at Empress Beauty! I went in looking for some bundles and ended up getting a really good deal. The staff was super nice and helpful — they answered all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The hair feels amazing and I’m definitely going back. Highly recommend!

Where do I start!!? My time visiting here my eyes went cross. I did not know where to look first. I literally find a reason to revisit this store countless times now. They have EVERYTHING you need in a beauty supply store plus more. The prices are decent and the customer services is wonderful. They even have clothes and shoes in here… like a lot.. and it’s cute! And the hours are unmatched. They are open when the others are closed ! I’m so happy to have them close by❤️
