Empire Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Dr. Wun and Grace were absolutely amazing today. They took great care of me from start to finish and made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. The extraction itself took less than a minute, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. I was really impressed with their bedside manner and professionalism . For the first time ever, I actually felt thrilled with a visit to an oral surgeon. I can’t recommend Dr. Wu and Grace enough.

My oldest had his wisdom teeth removed here a few years ago and everything went well. They are the only place close to us that is in our insurance network but having been there before I was happy to go back with my middle son. My problem is I couldn't get this place to answer the phone to even try and make an appointment for my middle son. I tried calling several times on multiple occasions and never once got somebody to answer the phone. I finally left a message like the machine suggested to get a call back but never received a call back. I gave up and called a place that is out of our network but they answered the first time I called and were very helpful.

I have extreme anxiety issues, this has made me struggle with going to the doctor/dentist. I also have a fear of needles and blood, I had Dr. Barzani and she took all of this into account. She and her team made the entire experience a breeze for me. I was shown tools in a different light so they weren't so scary and they also were extremely comforting. I can't thank Dr. Barzani and her team enough for the amazing care they showed me. 10/10 best dental experience I've ever had.

Had to get 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. Three of them were impacted. I arrived 15 minutes before my surgery. The ladies behind the desk were absolutely phenomenal. So nice, super easy Check-in process. They were great. I get taken back to the room where I'm going to have my surgery done. They get everything set up. The girl starts. My oxygen comes back a few moments later to tell me It's gonna be a little bit longer before the doctor can come in. An hour over my appointment time that I have just been sitting there doing nothing but waiting for him to finish another surgery. So an hour late, I get stuff happens but they need to schedule better and account for things. I woke up so swollen and in so much pain. My daughter had her 4 wisdom teeth removed in August. She is very nervous and anxious when it comes to any kind of doctor or dentist. Dr. Adams was so patient with her and set her mind at ease before the procedure. The extraction was quick and the recovery was just about two weeks- he did an amazing job. The support staff was kind and friendly and very helpful as well. I highly recommend this practice.
