My experience with Kia yesterday was 5 star! She is kind, knowledgeable, professional, and does excellent work. I found it most respectful and professional that when she was in her appointment with the client before ne she realized it would run over for a few minutes and instead of not saying anything and having me wait She valued my time and sent me a notification prior to my appointment time! I also Respect the fact that she is going to do what is healthy for your lashes first!! I will be back!

I’ve been coming to Kia regularly since my very first set of eyelash extensions back in August, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She is so professional, attentive, and detail-oriented, always making sure my lashes look flawless and natural yet beautifully full. Every appointment feels relaxing and comfortable because of the welcoming atmosphere she creates. My lashes last, look amazing, and I always leave feeling more confident. Kia truly has a gift, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for gorgeous, long-lasting extensions.

Love this place, excellent service, great conversation if you want to talk and last but not least absolutely beautiful lashes to your liking. My natural lashes are almost invisible. Kia is incredible!

I went the first time and it was an okay experience my lashes weren’t as full but it was fine. My eyes did burn most of the time. I lost a good amount of lashes on my right side after 3 weeks, so I went in for a fill. I got charged for a full even though one of my eyes was good for a fill. Eyes burned majority of the time and the inner corners were barely filled in. I had to reschedule to a time that inconveniences which the weather was bad okay I get. I didn’t want to wait another week because I needed a fill it’s just crazy I charged for an entire new set. I understand mostly everything, but when I’m paying that much money I expect higher quality. So I won’t be returning. For rescheduling any compensation should’ve been given instead I got charged double…… and also I know it’s small but

Hands down Kia is will always be my go to lash tech! My lashes always come out flawlessly and she always provides tips on how to care for my lashes until my next appointment. When I first came to her (I’ve been going to her for a year now) I felt comfortable and relaxed. She is so kind and friendly. Also, people always ask me where I get my lashes done, so that already says how great she is! Thank you boo!
