Empire Kutz Barbershop

I made an appointment for color and hairbraiding. Employee forgot to bring hair color and showed up 15mins late for initial appointment. Three braids unraveled the same evening. I called to have her repair her work. We agreed on Monday at 3pm. I call to confirm and she’s no longer available. She reschedules repair appt for Tuesday at 5:30pm and was a no show. The barber there had to lock up after waiting w me for 20mins. In my opinion, I paid top dollar w add’l tip and got poor service and unraveled braids. There were other issues but I won’t address them at this time.

I got me a cut my mother said I was the best haircut and trimming of my beard I have had as of yet Nathaniel was my barber

The barbers are cool and they are pretty quick when you need a hair cut!!

You walk in and everyone stares at you , but they don't say a word to you. Garbage customer service and it smells bad.
