Empire Brazilian Wax

Went in for a Brazilian today since this place was very close to my house. I have been getting waxed for over two years so this was far from my first experience. The wax specialist was very nice, however the room was not as clean as I prefer it. Some wax was on the table, not much but noticeable, the paper was clean. Baby wipe container top looked dirty. The specialist left the wax on too long causing it to break my hairs as well as come off in pieces. She lifted the wax up slightly before pulling (never have I experienced this, it’s always one pull) and this was extremely painful, and also did not pull fast enough. A lot of hair was still left and I had hard wax still on the hairs that did not get removed. Middle was not even attempted. I’ve never been left with hard wax and that much hai
