Owner will pretend to help you but when I ask a question she didn’t say anything but followed me and my friend around the store. Will not to back !!!

We stopped in to get some items today and the guy at the counter was very friendly. What made me give this store 5⭐️s was Elondra (hope I spelled it right). Her energy is top tier and she was so down to earth and helpful with anything we needed finding. We’ll come again when we’re back in town. Thanks again 🌻

For ANYONE looking for beauty products, hair essentials etc. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT visit THIS establishment. A man that goes by the name Ishaq, is beyond unprofessional, combative, ignorant, slovenly sloppy, lazy and just feels he can speak to you any way he chooses. And will act that way with a store full of people. Forgetting the simple fact that it is our money that pays his salary. I have referred a lot of people to Empire, and after being treated as though my friends and I haven’t helped keep them in business, we WON’T be back, EVER. We will also be reporting them to the BBB, and will be taking further action. For the record, you can’t post a review without first checking on a star. This place doesn’t deserve a star, more like. 👎🏾

The young man was very helpful. He assisted me with all my needs while I was there. The customer service was excellent.

The sales lady was very helpful and the whole experience was a pleasure.
