The worst haircut experience I’ve had in a long time. Big guy was sweating all over the place. Using the blow dryer on himself more than me. Didn’t know how to perform a smooth transition from a low fade to curls, I even provided him with a picture of what I wanted the haircut to Look like! Ask him to cut a little he cut a lot. Didn’t like the haircut at the end of the day and he didn’t wanna fix it. LAZY ! Didn’t even Offer an alcohol wipe down. Got robbed for 40$

Dominican guy who doesn’t speak English messed up the sides uneven. I showed picture of the haircut I wanted and he gave me a Ricky Ricardo haircut and I said dude the photo looks like 3 on top mid fade on the sides. My girlfriend who had experience with haircut had to tell him in Spanish how to cut hair and with lining up what a joke this guy is. And he tells my girl why don’t you do it then poor attitude if you read this DON’T GO HERE!!

Great experience, loved the establishment and they do top quality work. They accepted me as a walk-in no problems at all. The barber who gave me a cut and shave was superb having a broad Scottish accent it took a couple of minutes to understand me but his attention to detail was superb and a very friendly guy. I will be back before I go back home. Thanks brother best cut ive had.

I have never seen such terrible level of customer service at a barbershop anywhere! Called ahead to make an appointment and was told it was walk-in only; showed up and there was no one waiting. I confirmed with the barber closest to the door that he didn't have anyone else waiting. After about 20 minutes another person walks in. Barber gets done with the cut; it's been almost 40 minutes at this point. Barber tells me he has two customers on the way and he doesn't want to get backed up that the other barber will take me when he's done - he was nowhere near done. Then he tells the guy that just came in to sit for the cut. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Great experience! Jan, the English lady was super nice. I asked for and received old school full service haircut and a shave. I’ll certainly be back thank you very much!
