Asked for a part and got 2 parts in my hair. I came back and asked if there was anything that could be done to fix it and they said no.i didn’t ask for a refund in store because there were other customers and I knew it was a honest mistake. I called and asked for a refund of the price of the haircut but that they could keep the tip since things happen. They were clearly annoyed and even hung up on me once. I called back and they did issue me the refund though. Not a very good experience.

My Daughter Who is 16 was charged over $300 for a service Of hair extensions and highlights. Her hair looked nothing like she wanted it . I've reached out And try to talk to the stylistand her reaction was to tell me how annoyed she was that I was reaching out because she was dealing with my daughter only who is 16. She tried to fix her hair and only messed it up more so then we said just get it back to how she had it when she walked into your shop and I was told we would have to pay her another $100 She also told me I had no business getting involved because she was dealing With my daughter. When my daughter paid her the first $310 she told my daughter I don't have any change so basically took a $30 tip That was not intended for her. I don't know if this lady even has a license t

Been going here for over 20 years, love the place. Great prices and the staff has been friendly. Miss Jamie has always done a fantastic job with all of mine and my sons haircuts as well as her staff. Well worth the it to make a trip as I will continue to do so

Great little barbershop, been there as long as I can remember. My parents took me here for haircuts when I was a child, I'm 30 and still go. Feels like it hasn't changed since then either. Which is a good thing. Prices are reasonable and the staff is kind, really know how to spark up conversation, which has been an issue of mine in the past with barbershops. Try it out.

I Booked My Mother and Me a Hair appointment on Sunday Feb.23 2020 With Stylist:Katie. First Off She came in on her day off for me and my mothers appointment. She did an Amazing job- We Both have Very Thick Full Hair And Katie Did An excellent Job With Both of our Cuts, & Styling! Im So Happy. Thanks Katie Your Amazing We will Definitely be booking Appointments with you every 3 to 6 months!!
