Eminence Nails and Spa

I followed my AMAZING nail technician ( won't share his name, as he'll get too booked for me, lol) to this Nail Spa, upon their aquiring the Salon in January 2023. I remain exceptionally pleased with his services. He's speedy, kind, understanding and patient with me. I've never not received my desired result. The overall team is professional, warm & inviting and pricing is very appropriate for services.

Do not go to this nail salon! I was on my way home from work and the traffic on 400 was so terrible I pulled off the highway and was going to go shop around at Ulta and TJMaxx. But I figured I should treat myself to a pedicure and some acrylic nails. Now I have not had nails put on for a few years, but from the time I was in middle school until my 20’s I always had my nails done at least every 3 weeks. So I’m no rookie. So, I walk in to this nail salon and ask how long the wait is for a pedicure, the lady said she could seat me now. The salon looked nice and I was optimistic. I sat and my chair and two nail technicians walk over. I explain to the lady that I want acrylics put on but short and natural looking. So she gets to work. She was friendly and we were cutting up. My first visit here and it was definitely unlike any other nail spa in Atlanta. I was well taken care of and was able to get a cute artsy design at an affordable price. There was complimentary wine and I loved the pedicure I got that came with a massage. All the technicians are very knowledgeable and personable but Taylor was the one that took care of my nails. I'll definitely be back here again as this is gonna be my new go to spot for nailcare.

I usually come here and have no problems at all but this was a different tech. I was charged $95 for this set. The first nail broke off 2 days later!! I didn’t even fill it break. The second on was lifted within 4 days and came right off! I would like a refund!

This was my first time visiting Eminence and they did not disappoint. I had been going to Buckhead Nails for years, but got tired of the unsanitary tools and price gouging, so I decided to give a new nail salon a try. After reading reviews, I requested Eric to do my nails, and he lived up to expectation. I’m very, very particular with my nails, and Eric gave me exactly what I asked for, all while providing excellent customer service. Eminence and Eric have gained a new customer in me. Beyond happy with the service provided! Update: I have been coming to Eminence for about a month now, and each time my nails break so easily. I have never had an issue with my nails breaking until now. Not sure if there is an issue with the acrylic or nail tips they’re using, but this is unacceptable. I shou
