Emilyvivi's Nails

This is the second time a white woman walked in and was seen before me when I called ahead and was literally seated in the middle of my service. I hate living out here because of things like this. I was told to wait while she was taken care of for the second time!!! It’s close in proximity so I can walk that’s the only reason why I went back. But I’ll never be back.

Literally was just here 7 days Ago!! Horrible service, They discriminate, and talk About while you are there like trash. Very rude and unprofessional. And let’s not mention the disgusting job they do. Will be reporting this To the BBB, Health department and Town Hall.

Have been going here for years. Yes, not the best. But always friendly and did an ok job. Went in a week and a half ago and took her 20 minutes to do a complete fill. I had a feeling I was in for problems. Sure enough. 2 nails popped off, 2 chipped and another broken. ( that one broke off right in front of them). She put the fill powder over the 2 that had popped off. Filled in the others. She charged me $20. I asked why, it has only been a week and a half. Her response was she repaired 5 nails. I said if they were done properly she wouldn’t of had to repair. She was convinced I should pay. Told her I would pay but would not return. She did not seem to care. I was there at 10 when they opened and left at 11. Not one customer and not one phone call. I can now understand why. Their service h

If I could give no stars I would which is terrible. Rude and sloppy is how I would describe the personality of one of the ladies who I’m not even sure holds a nail certification in the state of Connecticut. The only reason I believe this shop is still in business is because of the dirty cheap prices- but you get what you pay for!

I had been going to another place in town for a few yrs until they did a horrible job the last two times and were rude to a client I sent their way. I have tried fancy salons and non fancy salons and none of that matters it is the service and their experience ! I walked into vivi nails yesterday because my old place butchered my nails. I showed them what I wanted and got exactly what I wanted . They also were very well priced. Not much conversation , but in all honesty when I get my nails done it's usually to pamper myself and I don't feel like talking a lot anyway LOL maybe it's just me. People don't let the higher end looking places fool you . Sometimes the smaller businesses are the best! I will be going back to Vivi!
