Emily was soo incredibly kind and thoughtful. I came in with extremely damaged hair from a previous experience, so I had been putting off getting my hair done but she immediately made me feel comfortable and heard. My service was a color correction and a haircut, and she took the time to really look at my hair, talk through my goals, and think carefully about the best and healthiest way to approach everything. She explained what was realistic and then walked me through her plan. She checked in with me throughout the entire appointment. It was clear she genuinely cared about protecting my hair and getting the best possible result. That meant a lot to me, especially after a not-so-great experience before. Emily was nice and communicative when she was running behind. When I was seated she asked me what kind of haircut I wanted and I showed her inspo pic and told her about 3” off. I’m glad I told her longer than I wanted because she cut a lot off. Not sure if she was thrown off that day because she was late, but it felt like she rushed through to cut my hair. She grabbed all of my hair in one hand and started chopping off hair. Not in sections like what I’ve experienced in the past. She didn’t measure from both sides to see if they were even instead kept grabbing all of my hair in a bunch to measure and cut. Emily does an amazing job cutting my hair - it always comes out beautiful and is easy to take care of. She listens to what I would like done, asks questions and always comes up with ideas when I'm not sure about the direction I want to go. She is personable, professional, very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. Also, the salon is beautiful and inviting and very professional. I highly recommend Emily for a great haircut!

I had an amazing experience with Emily today! My previous haircut from another salon in Bradenton completely botched my hair, so I came in really nervous. The moment I sat in Emily’s chair, it was like she could read my mind. She took one look and said, “I can fix this—long layers will make it look so much better. You have beautiful hair.” And that was exactly what I wanted to hear. She transformed my hair better than I ever expected. The layers are perfect, the shape is gorgeous, and I finally feel confident again. I’m already excited to come back in a few months for highlights. Emily is truly talented and I can’t recommend her enough!
