Let's see where to begin first of all I contacted the salon through a text link that I found on Google on a Sunday afternoon and I did not expect to get a response. I got a response within 15 minutes from an actual person. I'm a single dad with zero knowledge of salons and was just was looking for a place I could take my daughter to get her hair done for a daddy-daughter dance. We locked in an appointment time on the day that I needed at a time that was most convenient for me. I don't know if this salon regularly offers makeup but when I asked them if there was someone there that could do my daughter's makeup as well they were able to accommodate. I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable. The salon itself is clean, modern, and has a really relaxing atmosphere. They took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and absolutely nailed the look. My hair has never looked or felt better! You can tell everyone here really cares about their clients and takes pride in their work. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality service and a great overall experience!

I've been a loyal client of Michelle’s for over 8 years, and even after moving two hours away, I still make the drive because she's THAT good (and simply amazing)! I was referred to Jessica by a really good person that's been dealing with Jessica for years,but my experience was terrible with her,she basically told me what we were doing after she asked me how long had it been since I last had highlights,she did my brown roots red and highlights and lowlights,the roots should not have been touched, basically charging me 225.00$price gauge me doing too much to my hair,not even the cool blonde I wanted,she should understand shouldn't hustle people like that,in my opinion,never go there again.
