Emerald Shears salon & tanning

I have cancer and short-term memory loss and I missed three appointments and I had no idea that I had missed these and I was calling because I unfortunately was gifted $150 gift certificate to this salon. Now I have to buy product and only product and I don't even want to go into the store to do so, but she's made it to where it's a non-refundable gift certificate and that it expires so if you don't use it she just gets your money. Not a salon worth going to.
