Although the initial service didn’t meet my expectations, they handled the situation professionally and made things right. I appreciate their willingness to resolve the issue and take feedback seriously. I paid $210 for my lash extensions and within 4 days they started falling out, leaving my lashes uneven and patchy. I reached out immediately expecting the issue to be corrected, but I was told I would have to wait 8 more days before they could even take a look—meaning I would be walking around with lashes that look like this for almost two weeks. For the price I paid, I expected high-quality retention and basic customer service. This is clearly not normal lash fallout, and I’m extremely disappointed

had my lash extensions done by Karolina and I’m in love! The lashes are light, neat, and look very natural. Karolina is very gentle, attentive, and truly knows what she’s doing. No redness , great retention, and the result is beautiful. Highly recommend 🤗❤️👌

This was my first time getting lashes and it has been amazing!! Ive had them for about 4 months now don’t know how I lived without them before. Anna does amazing work, very thorough and gives lots of great tips for care. I’ve never had any issues with the lashes. I also love the atmosphere at Emerald Lashes, it’s so relaxing and very clean and welcoming.
