I saw Shonda for massage therapy for several years, until I moved. She was friendly, professional and, and very good at therapeutic massage. I’m in my 50s and very active. I play league tennis several times a week and hike regularly. My monthly massages with Shonda helped me maintain this activity and recover from injury quicker. I miss her dearly! Shonda has create a calming, safe, and relaxing environment! Had an incredible session with Shonda today. I had my first Emotion Code session today and it was out of this world! We were able to work through and release emotions that had ties to them. I came in heavy feelings and muscles tightness and left as light as a feather and peace of mind. I can’t wait to return!
