They were nice but they chose who they give a discount to. Did not get a 20% discount for my first visit. It was my Bday. A lady actually called and the manger took the call on speaker. The lady said “ Hi, I spoke with you earlier and you told me you give a discount for birthdays”. The manager immediately took the phone off speaker but finished the call while still doing my nails. When she finished, I ask “you all give bday discounts?” She said “no” and made up and excuse. Mind you, during the phone conversation she openly had, she DID NOT tell the woman she did not do bday discounts and in fact set up a time for her to come in! Nice nail work but honesty and integrity are trash. Watch out and don’t get robbed by these owners who want to hustle your pockets. All of us truly are a paycheck

So very disappointed. I’m from out of town and went here based on the reviews I read. Called ahead and my call was handled professionally. Was looking forward to having a relaxing, manicure and pedicure. I Purchased the most expensive pedicure they offered and the dip manicure. I cannot say how disappointed I am. There was no relaxation whatsoever. One girl did my feet and one girl did my fingernails as I sat in the pedicure chair. So uncomfortable reach over so she can reach my hands. In an effort to soak the polish off my fingernails so she could do my manicure, she put my hands in a bucket of vinegar and left me to sit for almost 30 minutes. Again, I have had my number used by someone named Danielle. I think Im going to start changing her appointments. Obviously this nail salon is awesome, because this lady who can't or won't remember her own phone number keeps coming back. 5 out of 5

I went in and was immediately helped, I did make an appointment on their website which was very easy to use. Everyone was very nice and the lady who did my nails was very thorough and neat. I had a reference picture and she tried her best to recreate it and she did an amazing job! My total ended up being $75 not including the tip but since it is a luxury I was not surprised I just wanted to mention it so people can know what to expect. If you are trying to budget how much it will be I would just try to account for the up charges of shape, French tip, gems or chrome because it will cost extra as well. Overall I would recommend! I do not get my nails done often but when I do I will definitely be coming back! (The only thing I would not recommend is getting chrome because it's doesn't really

First time here!! The facility is clean and the staff is great!! Sandra was very welcoming! I hight recommend this nail salon!!
