UPDATE: Management Refuses Accountability and Fails to Refund The poor service didn't end with my painful appointment. I returned to EMCHI Nail Salon on Saturday to address the cuts and poor execution. A staff member dismissed my concerns, stating the bleeding "happens often" due to my nail beds/cuticles (which is untrue). She simply rubbed oil on my fingers and told me to return Monday to speak with the manager, Nicole. On Monday, Nicole stated that my cuts were "normal" and offered a mere $20 partial refund. I asked for at least half the cost ($36.50). She took my name, number, and address and instructed me to send a Venmo request, effectively pushing me out the door. I sent the request immediately. Such a relaxing visit! The place was spotless and had a calm vibe. My pedicure was done carefully, and my feet feel so soft. The polish went on smoothly with no bubbles at all. Everyone was polite and made me feel comfortable. I’ll totally be recommending this salon to friends.

They're very professional so nice and they do my nails beautifully 10 out of 10 definitely and they're so polite Great place to get your nails done definitely check it out walk-ins are welcomed and that's what I love but I would prefer to make an appointment because they get packed as soon as the doors openen

Horrible. Save your money. Got a hot gel set for $130. My thumb and pointer popped off 4 days later. I was on vacation. Went to get the set removed. They charged me $13 and it is the worst file job. Did not matter how many times I said don't make them square. And they are very sharp on the corners. This salon sucks and is way too expensive. I am never coming back. You should never go.

Horrible Upon Arrival. Lots Of Employees Playing Around Loudly. Staff And Getting Their Own Pedicures Done Instead Of Helping Customers. My Pedicure Went Okay .. Got My Nails Done By A Younger Guy Who I Asked For An Overlay With Gel. He Proceeded To Put Tips On My Fingers. I Told Him About 4 Times. As He Told Me It Was The Same Thing. I Figured He May Not Have Understood So I Just Let Him. I Get Home. There’s So Much Acrylic Under My Nails And The Tips Aren’t Even Attached To My Actual Nails. The Paint Was Bubbled Up On My Thumbs. (Bad On My Part For Not Throughly Checking I Just Wanted To Get Out Of There.) My Paint Started Coming Off This Morning 3 Days Later.
