I have been coming to see Rachel for about year and going through the blonding process. Rachel has always done an amazing job and has also done a great job of keeping the integrity of my hair. 3 weeks ago I saw Kayla, unfortunately Rachel was was pretty full for a few weeks and when I asked Kayla came highly recommend. To say that I am sad, disappointed, angry, and embarrassed of my hair is an understatement. I needed my roots processed, at that point my hair was pretty much 75-85% blonde from my previous blonding appointments. I have naturally thick wavy hair and come to appointments with clean freshly blown out hair and always make it a point to let the stylist know that I will blowout my own hair at home since my color process is a long one.
