Posted 12/31 - immediately after service and updated on 1/2/26 to include more content. I had a very upsetting experience at this salon that resulted in significant hair damage. Last photo is my hair before service with Casey on 12/31. the owner’s response contains multiple factual inaccuracies. I never removed any foils on my own, I only opened one foil next to my face on the right side - camera content will show all this, confirm processing timeline and my composed but visibly upset demeanor during the whole ordeal. My review is based on my direct experience during the service, which included full bleach application, concerns raised about over-processing while it was occurring, and confirmed chemical damage by an independent salon immediately afterward. I stand by my review and am happy

Hannah Fundora at Emboss has been doing my hair for the past few years, and she truly is a miracle worker. I leave the salon every single time completely in love with my hair! Hannah genuinely cares about what you want and makes you feel so comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. I get compliments on my hair all the time, and I always tell people it’s because of her. She really listens, especially when it comes to my blonde. I prefer a warmer, brighter tone rather than an icy look, and she executes it perfectly every time. Not only is Hannah incredibly talented, but she is also one of the most genuine and kind souls you’ll ever meet. I can’t recommend her enough! 💛

ALEXA at Emboss Studios is absolutely incredible!!! The transformation she did on my hair is unreal. I came in with dry, brassy, uneven ends and left with the most beautifully blended, healthy, glossy hair. The difference truly speaks for itself. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. And on top of that, I always have an absolute blast in her chair.
