I would highly recommend Embodied Spirit. I was looking for an intuitive, trauma informed massage therapist who could tailor the massage to my specific needs. Frankie did just that. They were thorough in understanding my needs and concerns and provided a calm and nurturing space to unwind. The massage space itself is also incredibly inviting and relaxing, which really makes the experience all the more comforting.

Frankie is absolutely incredible! I started seeing them during my third trimester, and they provided so much comfort during those physically demanding final weeks. Frankie truly listens to your needs and was able to massage my pregnancy pains away, making me feel supported and relaxed every session. I’ve continued seeing Frankie postpartum as I transition back into my workout routine. It has been a total lifesaver for my back pain and recovery. Whether you are dealing with pregnancy discomfort or the aches of getting back to the gym after baby, Frankie is the best. Truly a vital part of my wellness journey!
