Ember + Co

Don’t recommend using Ember + Co for events/updo hairstyling. I called specifically for updo services for myself, mother, and sister as we had a wedding to go to, looked at the instagram and seemed like they could deliver this. I had family members that were surprised at the wedding that myself, sister, and mother had gotten our hair done because it looked like we did it ourselves. My mother’s hair had to be redone 2 times before it looked somewhat ok, which pushed back our time for makeup. Before our appointment, the stylist asked for inspiration pictures, which I had already texted her weeks prior. Scarlett is a life saver! I have had a hard time finding a hairstylist in Cola. My hair was a mess- three different colors done by other salons in the area. Scarlett was able to deliver beautiful color and a new haircut that looks beautiful! Highly recommend- everyone seemed really nice and talented. The salon was super cute!

Kortney is amazing. She has great ideas for my hair and executes the style flawlessly. She is also efficient and gets me in/out in a very timely manner...plus...she's fun to visit with. The Salon is clean and beautiful!

I've been getting my hair done by Kortney for 10 years. She's personable, knowledgeable, and consistently great at what she does. I got a compliment on my hair within an hour of leaving there yesterday! Staff is always friendly and they seem to work really well as a team, unlike other salons I've been to. She and her staff did hair and make-up for my wedding and everyone looked stunning. 10/10 would recommend!

Booked an updo for a formal event and Madisyn did amazing!! I was so obsessed. I have pretty long hair, so I have struggled to find stylists in the past who knew how to do updos with my length of hair. Madisyn had absolutely no problems with styling and clearly has lots of experience. Totally worth booking for any occasion!
