I feel so strange making this review because the stylists were so kind and the atmosphere is nice.. but I've visited twice, two different stylists, and left confused both times. The first, I booked an appointment asking to go from grown out blonde highlights on dirty blonde hair to purple, I know it's a bold color but she didn't tell me until halfway through the appointment that they didn't have purple and I should buy a colored shampoo product to achieve purple.. I left with fresh blonde highlights. I probably would have booked elsewhere to get what I was looking for if I was told it couldn't be done before we started doing things to my hair. I felt like I couldn't be mad because she was so nice and did the highlights well.. But that's strange! The second time I booked here, I asked to go

Called day before to make an appointment for a manicure for myself And a pedicure for myself and my friend at the same time,.. "Specifically Requested" Same time for pedicures. Arrived the next day For my manicure, which was scheduled 1 hour before the pedicures. When I arrived was told one out of the three pedicure chairs did not work... 🤔was not informed of that the day before when I called to make the appointment, Which the whole reason of getting the pedicures was so my friend and I could get them done together... We took my teen daughter for a wash, cut, and style. Courtney listened carefully to exactly what she wanted and was so sweet to her. My daughter loved how she cut her hair and will continue to see her in the future. All the girls were kind and helpful and I plan to book an appointment for myself soon as well. It was a very positive experience. :)

I would like to take a minute and give Avery a shout out on my hair, she did yesterday. She did such an amazing job on it. She was so nice and very helpful with what I wanted done. She made my time at the salon so much fun. Gave me a lot of tips on product for my hair. If you haven’t yet, I would def take a minute and go check them out. Been coming here for over 3 years to see Gillian with all my crazy hair ideas I have and she always delivers with cut, style, and color, plus the colors are always super long lasting and vibrant. Nice atmosphere, and the people are lovely too. 10/10
