I live close to the local shop. I am constantly shopping here to restock my kit for gigs. The store is well stocked, and the staff is nice. The shop is good for hobbits or pros in a pinch. I keep shopping here because I tell myself it’s convenient. But I’m done spending so much money here when I could be saving way more else where. The pro discount is super low but the thing that bugs me is my points, pro discount, and in store sales cannot be combined. I am also a little annoyed with as much as I shop here they my return could t be taken 10 days after the window closed. Listen, I know these are all rules and I understand that we have to follow the rules but I’ve had late returns forgiven and much better and consistent stackable discounts available elsewhere. I bough t a bottle of UVLS Clear, they used the image of the larger bottle then sent me the smaller 2oz bottle. The image is using a picture of the larger bottle, misleading consumers to believe that they are buying the larger bottle. They sell the smaller bottle for the same price as the larger bottle. They claim the item is non-returnable because it is hazardous, and they will not issue a refund. This business practice is very deceptive. I have filed a complaint, this seller is untrustworthy. It's unbelievable they will not take the product back, so unethical.
