Embassy Nail Spa

I have gone here for a few years. However, unfortunately had an incident last week where my toes were cut during a pedicure. I called and spoke with someone. He was actually very polite and offered me 40% off of my next service. I did not want to return but figured a toenail Polish couldn't hurt too much. The nail tech (that cut my toes previously) tried to get me to get a full pedicure due to the price of $35. I do personally think this is high for a gel toenail polish change. At the front, the prices are not clear on how much a polish chang is. Needless to say, I decided to leave and won't be returning.

My experience while I was in the spa was okay. However, my gel pedicure has three nails where the gel is coming off after only a week. Maybe they didn't cure properly? I'm not sure, and that's not enough for me to leave a bad review on it's own, but I called to resolve the issue and even though they were open it went to voicemail. I left a message asking for them to call me back and that was two days ago. I have heard nothing.

Do not come to this place even if the place you normally go to is booked! It does look nice from the outside but once you step inside the staff are extremely unprofessional. No one was attentive, everyone just was congregating in the manicure area (towards the back), when I asked where to go to get my brows waxed (since being my first time here) they just pointed while still seated. The person that even waxed my eyebrows was extremely rude and abrupt, but the job she did wasn’t bad at all. As I was leaving to pay, no one was at the register which is up front (because they were all still in the back), so one had to follow me up front to the register to pay (which is where one is always suppose to be to greet the customers). I came in to get gel x 4 days ago and 3 nails are already cracked and one completely broke for 75 dollars not worth it at all. I haven’t been rough with my hands either.

I had the worst experience here. Before the nail tech got started I asked her if she had the skills to do the design I wanted she said yes. My nails came out horrendous!! When I spoke to the manager/owner he played in my face & said there was nothing wrong with my nails and offered to fix them for $20 more and didn’t want to refund my money . I attached the first pic is what I wanted and the next was what was she did
