I am shocked at all the great reviews about this place. I believe it is because they’ve not had the experience with the new girl that did my lashes. I’d tell you her name, but when she finished and I shared my disappointment, I asked for her name and she WOULD NOT tell me. I wanted to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me her name!!! She clearly saw how upset I was and my tears, but she was so dismissive. The lashes were loaded with glue, scarce, uneven. She didn’t wash her hands before she started, she was rough and kept poking my eyes with the tape. She had so much glue, my eyes kept burning and watering. The upper lashes kept sticking to the bottom lashes because of the excessive tape, so she had to keep reapplying the lashes. When she handed me the mirror I couldn’t believe

Monica did my eyebrows and made me so excited to get them done!! She did a bra job exactly what I asked for sharp and still my natural thickness I LOVE HER! Will come back!

I had such a great experience at this salon! They did my eyelashes, eyebrow threading, and a full body wax—and everything was done flawlessly. My lashes look beautiful, my brows have never been shaped this well, and the wax was surprisingly painless with amazing results. The staff was gentle, professional, and really paid attention to detail. I left feeling so confident and put together. I will definitely be returning—highly recommend!
