During my consultation, she really took the time to understand what I was looking for. She gave me honest advice about what would work best to save my hair and made it clear that keeping my hair healthy was a top priority. I’ve been going to Em Hair Studio for 3 years now to see Abbie and my experience has always been amazing. Abbie is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She always takes the time to hear me out, identify what I want and will be very honest about what can and can’t be done. She takes her time during each of our visits and gives me great tips on the best products to use to maintain the vivid colors and keep my curls happy. She explained the process in full and clearly set expectations of what we could achieve with my hair. She also told me what I could expect after wards. All of which was exactly what I experienced. She also listened to what I wanted to achieve - and absolutely got what I desired! She is the best. I really don't love going to the hairdresser - but now do. I have been with Abbie for a while now and every time I go to get my hair done by her I am never disappointed. Not only is Abbie passionate, she is extremely TALENTED at what she does. You can really tell she cares for her clients and creates a warm space for you to feel comfortable and assured that your hair is in great hands. I went all blonde which was a big change but she has made this process amazing and goes above and beyond my initial expectations.
