Grace and her staff are amazing. The ambiance and professionalism is great. The studio is very clean and relaxing. Grace is very educated and experienced, warm and empathetic. Amazing all around!

Beautiful place! Very serene atmosphere! This is my first time doing yoga, and I absolutely love it! Grace Henderson, the instructor, is very knowledgeable and dedicated to making each class beneficial to my end goal! She does an excellent job at challenging me, while at the same time, realizing that my activity level is different from others. I highly recommend joining me in learning the art of yoga at Elysium Studios! I can't wait to receive one of her many massages!!!

When I walked through the door at Elysium Studios I immediately felt calmer and more relaxed. It's a beautiful, serene environment. I've attended yoga with Grace. She is a very knowledgeable teacher with a warm, inviting voice. She gives clear cues and variations for poses. The sequencing was fun and purposeful. I've also experienced a wonderful customized massage from Glenda. I highly recommend visiting Elysium soon! There are so many options to choose from. I can't wait to try the 52 hot stone massage and the 'walking on the back' massage!!

I can’t say enough positive things about Grace. She not only gives an amazing and relaxing massage, she also truly cares about your whole being. I suffer from low back issues, and she really zeroes in on my problem areas and explains what she is doing and why. I get to treat myself every few months with a massage by Grace and it is truly something I look forward to.
