Kayluh has been doing my hair now for about 3 years. In doing so she has literally transformed it multiple times. I went from Brunette to platinum with multiple root coverages in between. She has also turned me purple, back to blonde, and has also added the most beautiful extensions. Kayluh is super sweet, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. My hair is super damaged after coming to her. I’m so upset. I think it just couldn’t handle the amount of bleaching. Which may be in part to my hair, I don’t know. But I get my hair done multiple times throughout the year and have for 20 years - it’s never broken off or been this fried before :( I did not feel that the hair do she gave me was consistent with the gorgeous portfolio she has on her Instagram either. I had to contact her two weeks after my initial visit and ask her to please change it as I didn’t like it and it was not anything like what I had showed her I wanted. I had to pay for the correction. I have been using Kayla for my hair care for over 5 years. She never seizes to amaze me . I love how she doesn't stop improving her techniques and expanding her knowledge.
