Elume Medspa

I have been going to Elume Medspa practically since they opened. My first service was laser hair removal, since then I have had many treatments for skin tightening etc. Shaheen is so knowledgeable, professional and her services are very reasonably priced. This small spa is a real gem. Now they have Patricia, an RN who does fillers and several brand new methods of tightening and lefting the face. She is excellent. I highly recommend Elume Medspa and I have been to other places over the years and and have a basis for comparison. Give Shaheen your business, you will not regret it.

The best med spa in the DMV. Super clean, staff is friendly and most important honest. Shaheen is honest if you should or shouldn't get a service performed. She has been taking care of my skin since 2011! I would not go anywhere else!

Excellent treatments delivered in a relaxing environment. So far have seen amazing results. My under eyes are brighter and my texture is improving. Prp microneedling has been a game changer and somehow less irritating then microneedling alone.

I had a disappointing experience at Elume Medspa and would not recommend it. While the location is convenient and the office is very clean, the results from my Botox treatment were unsatisfactory. I saw little to no improvement. When I raised my concerns, the owner initially seemed willing to resolve the issue but quickly began adding conditions, such as requiring proof of past treatments, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. The back-and-forth responses and shifting requirements made the process feel disingenuous rather than customer-focused. I appreciate businesses that stand by their services, but based on my experience, I will not be returning. If you’re considering this medspa for Botox, I recommend doing thorough research before making a decision.

Exceptional communication and service. They take extreme care with their patients, explaining each procedure in detail and recommending which would be the best option for your needs. I have received both microneedling and BBL treatments and have seen a significant improvement with my fine lines, specifically under my eyes.
