Excellent experience. Everyone was very nice and professional. The appointment was timely and did not have to sit around and wait for the dental hygienist or the doctor. After being seen by the dentist the office manager gave me an estimate on the cost of the procedure I would need in the future. Overall was awesome experience. Thank ya much

Everyone in the office is friendly. No scolding; offers solutions. The hygienist (Simone) is thorough, kind, complimentary and informative. I try to do a good job with my hygiene but know that I could be better. I want make the work of my hygienist and dentist easy. I even got presents for being a new patient. Found a new dentist.

My first visit at Elrod and Dunham in Goochland was memorable. Their staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Dr. Marotta has a nice personality. He took time to get to know me and we both shared stories of our lives. The hygienist Samantha was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had some inflammation and needed to get in to see someone right away. I called in the morning and the receptionist was friendly and able to get me in this morning. Dr. Marotta was clearly knowledgeable in a comprehensive way about medicine and figured out the ROOT of my issue. Within one day of contacting them I have some relief and they have a repeat customer.
