My son has been coming here weekly for a cut. He had always had a good cut so I recommended this place to my husband instead of his usual trip to Latin America barber shop. He decided to give it a try. He waited 50 minutes, 2 people in front of him. When it was my husbands turn to get in the chair, the barber sat in the barber chair and proceeded to get on Tiktok and completely ignored my husband. Not a person acknowledged he was there. Didn't look his way, didn't say hey, hi, whats up....nothing. Poor customer experience. Unwelcoming! Our family will go back to Latin America's shop. I no longer will be embarrassed by recommending this shop to anyone else.
