Absolutely in love with my nails! I got a builder gel set with detailed nail art, and everything turned out PERFECT. My friend got a pedicure and dip powder, and she absolutely loved her results too! The salon is super clean, beautifully designed, and feels very luxurious and relaxing. The staff were so sweet, professional, and detailed. They really take their time to make sure every nail looks flawless. My nails came out even better than I expected! They also offer facial services, which I didn’t get to experience yet. The ambiance was relaxed, employees were friendly. I came as a walk in and got lucky. I don’t recall who did my pedicure but she was amazing not a single nip of the skin. Crystal did my manicure and she did a great job. She was funny and friendly with just the right amount of conversation and quiet. I plan to return.

I love my natural look. 😍 Bao is wonderful. He does an amazing job and offers a fun and memorable service. We always have great conversations. I’ve had a couple other nail techs take care of me also and they’ve all been lovely. I highly recommend this salon for its calming, spa-like feel and commend them for their cleanliness. 10/10! I was on an overnight for work and needed some polish asap. I had started picking at mine and all my dip had come off. If I don’t get a fresh set, I’ll bite all my natural nail off. So, I found this place. Thinking since it’s under new ownership, it might be better than previous reviews. I specifically asked for dip and they handed me a book of colors to choose from. I gave them the number of color I wanted and they pulled gel out. I asked for dip again and they said, they don’t have a book of colors to choose from. No biggie, not that picky, just give me similar pink. As the tech Crystal was setting up she had to go over to numerous stations to get all the bottles for the phases of dip. Worst salon ever! I went to this salon in downtown San Jose — total disaster! I asked for a simple French manicure, and they messed it up completely. The gel started lifting after two days. When I went back, they argued and yelled instead of fixing it. My nails didn’t even last five days. Horrible service — don’t waste your money!
