Clean, comfortable and quiet office space. We love the easy keyless access and quick response from the leasing team. The shared spaces are always clean and tidy and any issues are promptly addressed. After all the recent snow, the parking lot and sidewalks were promptly cleared so as to prevent any delay to my work schedule. There is even a Kitchenette with two huge refrigerators and two large convection microwaves. The location is also very accessible but tucked back to provide ample privacy and reduce exterior noise.

My experience was great. All the procedures to rent my office was fast and on time. My office is reasonably priced for the area and came with free net and utilities! the whole building is always clean with ample parking spots. Vadime, my leasing agent was professional, honest, and made every effort to make the leasing process easy. Thanks, Vadime. I'm happy with my choice.

I’ve been renting here for a few months and it's a great building. Wifi is super fast, building is always quiet and nicely renovated. One highlight with this building compared to other office spaces I’ve been in, is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, they are always impeccably clean compared to other places that only get cleaned once a month it seems like.
