Totally disappointed and disgusted with the outcome of my hair and attitude received!! I looked like a Barbie gone bad… blonde was orange and not as asked for… only received excuses and poor efforts to justify what they did and not once an apology or well try to fix or offer a discount… let me leave looking like my orange fur cat and as a very dissatisfied customer!! And manicure not even a dab of lotion on hands… terrible place, highly recommend you find another salon.

Ellesentrix is a great place to get a haircut! My entire family has gone to Mickey for years now and for good reason. She's great at cutting and coloring hair for both men and women. My sisters and mother have also raved about their nail salon and hair extensions. Ellesentrix is kind to their clients and are flexible to other people's schedules. I've tried a few other places over the years, but always come back because the quality of their products and services are always 5 stars. You can't beat Ellesentrix Hair Design!

8 yrs now getting cut and color at Ellesentric. I've changed my hair style 5 times and I either try to describe what I want or bring a picture. All times I got what I wanted.. My color was getting a washed out look, they advised me to go a bit deeper....and it looks great. I really like Norma and Miki, very sweet and funny. Both are excellent cutters and color. They have come in early for me, and stayed late for others. So they put the customer first.

Mickey does an AMAZiNG job. She's an artist, not just a cutter of hair. She listens to client requests but dont shy away from asking for her opinion when it comes to the crafting of your personal dreads- you wouldn't issue directives at van gogh when he was trying to- just trust in the artist's skills and let the master do their thing! Plus mickey is also just super friendly, engaging, and truly wants people to leave feeling their best. This place is also very affordable! I have long layered hair and she provided wash, cut and highlight services all for about $120.00. Trust me you are receiving a bargain deal here. Id gladly pay more. Very convenient. She took me even though I think you are supposed to have an appointment. I'm very happy with my new color. It's the first time I ever dyed my hair.
