I’ve visited Ellen’s Spa in New Rochelle twice now—first for my birthday set and most recently for a fill-in—and both experiences were absolutely exceptional. The quality of the work at Ellen’s Spa is truly unmatched. My birthday set came out flawless, and my fill-in was done with such precision that my nails looked freshly done all over again. My nail tech, Yari, is amazing—she’s detailed, patient, and truly talented. I absolutely love her work. And honestly, every nail tech there is fantastic, so no matter who you book with, you won’t be disappointed. The atmosphere inside the salon is warm, clean, and welcoming. I loved Ellen's but the service is inconsistent. She started strong but I've had a few issues and the lack of care when I've addressed them makes me question her services. I got cut once during a pedicure and it was so bad- my toe turned colors. Yet recently I tried to give the another chance as it's close to time and Ellen is a lovely person. This time I got my nails done for the holidays- within two days they started to chip. I reached out via message and was ignored. Now I'm on vacation with chipped nails. I'm not sure what it is but there is potential here- they just need better customer service, and to reevaluate whatever they are doing!

Emma was amazing. Best gel fill manicure I've had in years. She does great cuticle work and the pedicure was amazing. The gel fill was advertised as $45 but I was charged $60 which i imagine was an upcharge for gel polish.... but it was still amazing and less than the fancy place I've been going for the last few years.

Worst customer service ever been going there for a while but lately they’ve been telling me to come in at a certain time and I get there and no one is available to do my nails and I’m asked if I could come back at another time and I live nowhere near the nail salon I also came in for a filling and the Nail Tech took 2 1/2 hours to complete it, I hated the polish The owner and her husband were fighting another customer left and said she was never coming back because they had her sitting and couldn’t take her after making her wait for one hour I came back two days later for a color change. $20 not to mention a Nail was chipped already the customer service is poor. Love, love, loveeee this place. Ellen did my lashes, and I got a classic set that turned out absolutely beautiful. A full set is $120 (plus tip), which is the same price I’ve paid at other salons and private lash techs, so it felt very fair for the quality. The salon itself is super organized, clean, and welcoming. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They play music, have comfortable seating, coat racks, and even a water dispenser for customers. It gives a girly, pampered, self care vibe. They truly go above and beyond to make the experience feel personal and attentive. The lash service was quick and flawless—it only took about an hour, which is amazing considering I’ve spent over an hour and a half at other places for the exact same service. And the end result?
