I’ve been coming to Elle now for a couple months for pedicures and acrylics and I absolutely love it. Megan is fantastic!!! I give her ideas for fun nail designs and she brings the visions to life. And the pedicures are soooooo relaxing!! I recommend this nail salon to all my friends. A+

Aug 20th UPDATE: I have updated my original rating solely because the manager reached out to me personally the same night the original review was posted. She apologized, offered to make it right, and partially refunded me. I really appreciate their efforts. I think had I gotten a different nail artist, and told them right away that I wasn’t happy, my experience would’ve been better. I have not gone back for a fix, but this business did go above and beyond to make it right. My first ever experience in this shop today (Aug. 17, 2025) This woman really let me walk out of the salon looking like this (see photo)?!?!! Great places to get your nails done. Linda did a perfect job and I was very relaxed during and most definitely after my luxury pedicure.

(Absolutely don’t recommend) Honestly wasn’t mad when I left the nail salon, I wasn’t in love with my nails by any means but I’ve had worse. However, I paid $70 for these and after waking up this morning my nails are already filled with bubbles and also peeling. Not to mention I have a few sores on my skin from her filing so fast because she was in a hurry to leave work. I also already have a chipped nail. There’s no reason $70 nails should be this bad in less than 24 hours

I just had a manicure and pedicure from Ellie Nails. This was my first and last time there!! I arrived at 5:40 and they close at 7:30. I was told 5 minutes and they did get me to a pedicure chair reasonably quickly but it was downhill from then on. One tech started on my toes and another came to start my nails. She sat the bowl of liquid to soak my nails in ON my lap. I was soaking one hand in a bowl on my lap while reaching my other hand across my body so that she could work on that hand and getting my pedicure all at the same time. They were both quite rough and I said “ouch!” several times. I verbally told them they needed to slow down and be more careful. My cuticles do not look like I just had a mani/pedi (see pics). I spoke with the lady who checked me out and told her that I was ve
